FAQs

  • We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before class starts. The instructor will check off your name and you are free to find a reformer. Please let the instructor know if this is your first class so they are able to introduce you to the reformer and give you a little TLC during class.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring along a towel, water bottle and most importantly, your grippy Pilates socks. If you don’t have these yet no worries! We sell reformer socks in the studio or just bring along a regular pair of socks for now.

It is normal for reformer to feel a little different the first time. Once you have a few classes under your belt it will feel a lot more natural and coordinated.

We always offer modifications for every exercise so move in a way that feels good for your body. Sing along to the tunes, ask questions when you need and remember to have fun!

  • Want to try before you buy? Or check out our studio vibes to ensure we’re the perfect pair? Totally get it! We offer an intro pass for $49 which will give you access to any five classes over 14 days. You can purchase your Intro Pass here.

Once you feel comfortable with the reformer try Our Reform class so you can get a good feel for all the reformer fun you can have. Our Stretch is also a great one to introduce early on as we slow down the exercises and take time to stretch.
