Come for the classes, stay for the vibes.

We’ve got a bunch of different sessions but one thing remains the same – it’ll be a workout you’ll look forward to. Because we just want to make humans feel good.

All classes are carefully curated to suit every experience level so whether you’re a beginner or Pilates pro, we’ve got you covered.

You might want to push your body to the limit and sweat the day away, or simply just come along for the good times and to move in a beautiful space.

Whatever the destination - we’ll make sure you enjoy the journey. We move our bodies, we feed our minds, and have a laugh (or two) along the way.

Our Beginners

First time trying reformer pilates? Join us for Our Beginners class where we introduce you to the reformer and take you through introductory exercises with a focus on alignment and breath. We recommend at least one beginner class if you haven’t been acquainted with reformer before.

Our Reform

Move, strengthen, lengthen and flow in Our Reform class. Join us for an engaging and dynamic workout that will help build endurance, improve flexibility and increase strength. This is our signature class that will give you the ultimate full-body workout. All levels of fitness welcome.

Our Power

Grab some hand weights and dial up the intensity with Our Power class aimed to strengthen, tone and elevate your heart rate. We use heavier weights, heavier spring tension and way more reps. This class is designed for intermediate to advanced Pilates legends.

Our Jump

Switch the footbar for the jump board and spring into action with Our Jump class. A whole-body workout where we raise the heart rate and get those endorphins flowing. This is an intermediate to advanced class.

Our Stretch

We slow it down and then we stretch. Our Stretch class mixes classic reformer exercises with some deep stetches so you leave our place feeling maxo relaxo.
