
Class Cancellations
We totally understand life gets busy and things change often but we also want to be considerate of other members and ensure we can allow as many people as possible to get moving each day. If you late cancel or do not cancel your class at all, it takes up a spot that someone else could have had. If you are unable to make a booked class, please ensure to cancel at least 10 hours prior to the class start time.
Early cancel – If you cancel a class prior to 10 hours of the class start time you will not be charged a cancellation fee or forfeit your class credit.
Late cancel – If you cancel within 10 hours of the class start time you will forfeit your class credit and be cancelled a $10 cancellation fee. If you are on an unlimited membership you will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee.
No show – If you do not show up to your class and you do not cancel prior you will forfeit your class credit and be charged a $20 no show fee.
Membership Cancellations
Your membership will commence on the date you activate your membership. If you wish to terminate your membership please email hello@ourplacepilates.com.au to provide at least 30 days written notice. All payments that fall within the 30 days notice period must be finalised in full.
Membership Pauses
You may temporarily hold your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time up to a maximum of 4 weeks per year. Holds, cancellations and changes to memberships cannot be backdated. If you wish to put your membership on hold please email hello@ourplacepilates.com.au with a minimum of at least 7 days notice and allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.
